Are You Ready for Some Football? The N.F.L. Markets to Fashion Fans
The National Football League is hoping to appeal to fans of both fashion and professional football with its revamped women’s apparel line.
Look, I love sports more than some guys I know, and football is a favorite. I have a few sexy-cut team tees, and some “pink” treated items, like a baseball cap and wristbands. However, I cannot condone the thought of $360 “distressed leather boots with the Dallas Cowboys logo.” Seriously? I think someone at the NFL has set out to take advantage of women’s fashion and fan(atic) sensibilities. And I, for one, will not be duped. What are your thoughts?
